Furthermore contained in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a legend identifying various sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
